Vape Myst.....Life After COVID-19
Good news! We are due to be opening our vape shop up again to the public on the 15th of June, it seems such a long time ago that we had all our lovely customers in the vape shop, our local drop off service has worked very well (We are keeping this as a permanent local delivery service BTW see below) and we are happy to say we have managed to keep everyone stocked up with great e-liquids, coils and other vape goodies over the last few months, but we are super excited to have the great atmosphere back in the shop! Albeit with a few restrictions in place, which leads me on to what we have done to safeguard our customers and employees.
So....This is what we are doing from now on
Vape Myst Peterborough - Click & Collect, UK Wide Deliveries and Peterborough Drop Off Service
Click & Collect Vape Service
We are offering a FREE Click & Collect service on all orders:
With all Click & Collect Vape orders ready to collect within the hour from our vape shop in Peterborough (PE1 3SJ). We will email you once your order is ready, you will need your order reference email when collecting, so please bring this with you (Can be on your phone) UK Wide Postal Deliveries
FREE UK Wide Postal Delivery Service through Royal Mail on all orders over £20:
For orders under we charge only £3.95 via Royal Mail Second Class. We also offer Saturday Deliveries and 1st Class Deliveries as further options.
Peterborough Drop Off Service:
We are continuing to offer our FREE local drop off service on all orders over £20, for orders under we charge only £3.95 to drop off your items anywhere within a 10 mile radius of our Peterborough Vape Shop (PE1 3SJ)
Shop In Store:
Now the lockdown has been lifted, we can now open our vape shop to the public as of the 15th of June 2020, although we will have a few restrictions in place for your own safety and ours, such as:
- 1 Customer in the shop at a time, please wait at the markers outside if someone is in the shop already.
- A 2m distance to be kept between us and you at all times.
- Card Payments Preferred.
- Please wear a mask and gloves if you have them.
- If you feel unwell please refrain from coming in to the shop and use our FREE Local Drop Off Service instead, thanks.
- Vape Myst has performed a COVID-19 Risk Assessment and confirms it has all measures in place to provide a safe environment for customers and staff, available on show in store.

You can order everything from your favourite E-Liquid, Replacement Coils, Vape Kits and Vape Batteries to Nic Salt E-Liquids, Nic Shots, Battery Chargers and much more. Please contact us if you can't see what you require on our site, we will more than likely stock it!
Via Facebook: If you are a regular and you know what you want then just drop us a message on our Facebook page, just search "Vape Myst Peterborough" and give us a like :) Then drop us a message with your order, we will then contact you for payment and with a delivery time.
Call Us: We have set up an order hotline for our customers, just give us a call on 07588 078525 and we can sort your order out over the phone!
Delivery Times:
All Local Deliveries are: Monday's to Friday's
All UK Wide Deliveries via Royal Mail are: Monday's to Saturday's
All Click & Collect orders can be collected: During shop opening hours only, please refer to shop opening times on our home page.
Precautions:
Your safety is the upmost importance to us, the following measures have been put in place for all Click & Collect, Local Drop Off's or Royal Mail UK Wide Deliveries:
1) We are using a medical grade high level disinfectant (exactly the same as you would find in hospitals throughout the world) to wipe down all products before packing.
2) We are cleaning all worktops using the same disinfectant as above many times throughout the day.
3) Latex Gloves & Masks are worn while packing, and also if doing a contactless drop off our driver will also be wearing disposable gloves at all time.
4) If conducting a contactless delivery of e-liquids in Peterborough or surrounding villages we will give you a time slot on the delivery day beforehand, so you know when to expect us.
5) On all contactless deliveries our driver will knock on your door and leave the parcel on the doorstep, then step back a minimum of 2m and await for you to answer.
6) Our Vape Shop has conducted a COVID-19 Risk Assessment, and has in place various safety signage, distancing markers, and til guards in place for your safety and the safety of our staff. If using the Click & Collect service please adhere to all notices when entering the shop, we are limiting it to 1 customer in the shop at all times, so please wait outside at a designated marker for your turn, thanks in advance.
7) Card Payments or online payments are preferred, please only use cash if you really have no choice, thanks.
